- Implement recruiting process by the monthly approved schedule (or if any)
- Update the list of Headhunters, effectively utilize the recruitment channels.
- Build up the focused Job Description (JD) with the clear criteria
- Screen resumes and pre-qualify the potential applicants
- Manage recruiting activities: recruitment announcement, interview conducting, applicants’ data storage and internship/probation activities supervising.
- Source and filter candidates by using database to recruit the suitable candidates within schedule.
- Analyze recruiting results monthly/weekly to adjust/modify the recruitment strategy effectively that meets the HR needs.
- Analyze and prepare weekly/monthly the recruitment reports
- Create the connection between Board of Directors and Employees in company’s activities.
- Support the related departments in the field of employee training, recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Marketing and Technological background is preferable.
- Experienced in recruiting managers and higher position is necessary
- Experienced in communication is an advantage
- Strong skill of presentation and persuasion,
- Have a communication and good negotiation skills.
- Have an organizational and supervision skills.
- Have an Analytical, synthesis and reporting skills,.
